Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with a focus on audience engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and copy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and manage the community to enhance customer loyalty and trust.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain influencer partnerships to amplify reach and promote brand initiatives.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to inform social media strategy and pinpoint customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills tailored for various social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Experience with social media advertising and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
- A passion for innovation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
